We are a couple of people who just started this gaming blog so please leave comments. Today we would like to discuss the upcoming game Modern warfare 3.
It all started out with the first Modern warfare aka Call of duty 4 witch was a revolutionary game. The whole putting attachments on your guns, the SAS missions, perks and killstreaks were a totally new thing no one had seen before. Call of duty 4 changed gaming, then came number 5 Call of duty: world at war. It was nothing special but then Modern warfare 2 arrived it became the best selling game of all time witch it still is. Many people still prefer Modern warfare 2 to Call of duty black ops. Black ops was and still is a very overrated game, because of Modern warfare 2s success.
The next Modern warfare is going to be more realistic and is so far only scheduled for Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii. It will unlike the other COD games be more down to earth missions, like driving an ammo truck from one base to another or repairing a broken Humvee. You will also only be able to use your own guns in the campaign and one hit and your down. producers says that it will be "the most true to life military game ever created". So the big question is has the Modern warfare series hit is climax? Maybe Call of duty has hit is climax? Is it finally time for new company s ? Or maybe the old ones will take Call of duty s role as "the best"? Maybe Battlefield 3? Homefront ? The next Medal of Honor? Maybe a non shooter game?
